Frequently Asked Questions

Where will my session's take place?

Services take place in the comfort of your own home. This service can be through a face to face home visit in our servicing areas or virtually via teletherapy. Teletherapy is providing health-related services, in this case physical therapy or wellness services, through secure video and audio telecommunication technology. This allows for flexibility in treatment times without having to bring the entire family to an office and allows for your child to learn and grow in a familiar environment.

Do we accept insurance?

Please note that we are an out-of-network provider and do not directly accept insurance. However, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Keep in mind that reimbursement eligibility varies depending on your individual plan and is not guaranteed. We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider for more information, and we're happy to assist you with the process if needed!

Why are we not In-Network with Insurance?

A cash-based pediatric therapy model offers numerous benefits, including personalized care with more one-on-one attention, flexible scheduling, and fewer administrative hurdles. Without insurance restrictions, therapists can design customized treatment plans, use innovative therapies, and extend session lengths as needed to ensure your child’s progress. This model allows for clear, predictable pricing with no surprises, and eliminates the delays or denials often associated with insurance claims. Additionally, it fosters a direct relationship between you and the therapist, promoting better communication and a focus on results. Families also enjoy increased privacy, with no insurance interference in treatment decisions.

What forms of payment do we accept?

We accept cash, checks, Venmo/Zelle payments or Credit Card payments. We also accept HSA/FSA cards.

Do I need a prescription to begin services?

A prescription is NOT needed to attend the evaluation for any services. At the time of your appointment you will discuss with Dr. Nikki to see if a prescription is required for future visits.
Wellness services do no require a prescription.
