Meet Dr. Nikki, the founder of Little Feats Pediatric Therapy. With a heart full of passion for working with babies and toddlers, she makes it look effortless—though it’s far from just a job! Dr. Nikki is dedicated to helping little ones reach their milestones, and her playful, engaging approach makes each therapy session feel more like fun than work.

Raised on Long Island and shaped by her college years in the South, Dr. Nikki’s journey to pediatric therapy began as a competitive gymnast. As a member of Auburn University's collegiate gymnastics team, she personally experienced the transformative power of physical therapy. Inspired by her own recovery, she pursued a career in pediatric therapy, and now, as a Board-Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist, she brings over six years of specialized experience to her practice.

Dr. Nikki’s expertise spans the full range of pediatric care, from infants and toddlers to young athletes. She’s passionate about helping kids of all ages, and she provides home visits across the South Jersey and Philadelphia areas.

Known for her animated, silly, and hands-on approach, Dr. Nikki is a joy to work with. She’s always talking with her hands and finds creative ways to make therapy enjoyable. Above all, she’s committed to empowering families—educating and guiding them every step of the way as their children achieve and surpass their goals.
